Minutes of the Special Franklinville Town Board meeting held on November 12, 2009.

The meeting was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Dallas at 5:30 P.M. The Roll was called with Mr. Dickinson absent. Also present was Accountant Diane Finch.
Diane Finch distributed budget reports to Board members.
Supt. Weller reported that the cost of disaster work will come to approximately $200,000.00, including wages, materials and equipment. The work will be done on Weller, Clare Valley, Bryant Hill and Morgan Hollow Roads. The FEMA work on Bryant Hill Rd. will be from Bakerstand Rd. to Neamon’s, and the CHIPS work will go beyond that. The cost for the Bryant Hill Rd. work will be about $82,000.00. It will require overtime, but FEMA will cover 100% of the wages, both regular and overtime.
Mr. Brisky made a motion to take out a Revenue Anticipation Note not to exceed $285,000.00 to do the FEMA work. Mr. Trummer seconded the motion. All voted “Aye”. Carried.
Mr. Dallas and Mr. Trummer will check on the RAN at Cattaraugus County Bank.
Mr. Brisky made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Dallas. All voted “Aye”. carried.
